Elena Silnikova — head of admissions and Marketing

My academic background is rooted in linguistics, with a focus on English and German. The study of language has always fascinated me, not merely as a system of rules, but as a gateway to understanding the culture and history of society. In my teaching career, I was dedicated to sharing my insights with students, encouraging them to explore and engage with the rich world of literature, linguistics, and history.

For the past six years, I have had the privilege of working in international schools, where I was able to immerse myself in diverse cultures, listen to the varied accents of English, and appreciate the humour and customs of different countries. This experience also allowed me to share my knowledge of the Russian language with non-native speakers, a passion that led me to pursue higher education in “Russian as a Foreign Language” and graduate from the philological department of the University “Teacher of Russian Language and Literature.”

As I transition from classroom teaching to an administrative role, my focus has shifted toward fostering stronger relationships with parents. I believe that by helping parents better understand the educational system and clearly communicating the mission of our school, I can continue to support the development of our students in a meaningful way. My commitment to standard values and the importance of family remains steadfast, and I am excited to apply this perspective in my new role as Head of Admissions and Marketing. In my free time, I continue to enjoy sports, travel, and cultural activities, always seeking new ways to enrich my understanding of the world around me.
