Irina Isaakian — administrative manager

Constant striving for self-development and the desire to reach new heights allowed me to complete the Bachelor’s program “Public Administration” at one of the best business schools in Eastern Europe – GSOM SPbU, and then the Master’s program “International Hospitality Business” at the Glion Institute of Higher Education (London, UK). After training, my path in the hospitality industry began, filled with love for guests and the implementation of exciting tasks to provide the best service.

2 years of work in the structure of Hilton hotels in St. Petersburg, as an assistant to the General Director, enabled me to acquire many useful practical skills related to the coordination of the administrative activities of the organization, teamwork, as well as finding an individual approach to each guest, the ability to understand and realize their wishes with maximum efficiency.

Being a part of the International School of St Petersburg is a great honour and privilege. The school has high educational standards, supported by our talented and caring teachers. My main goal, like that of every member of the ISSPB team, is to do everything possible to help students achieve their best results and ensure their well-being.
