Maxim Andreev — teaching assistant
I am originally from the Far East of Russia, but I have been living in Saint Petersburg for 3 years. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere of this beautiful city and now, I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else.
Language and cultures in different countries have always been a passion of mine. That’s why I became a teacher. I have always loved English and, as I grew up, I began to be interested in other languages and cultures, especially Japan(ese).
I joined the team back in the days of BSSP, but left to move to Moscow. That didn’t last long, and the city called me back. I’m glad to return to the ISSPB team and help children develop their skills. My primary aim is to create a positive atmosphere during lessons, to find an individual approach to each child and to evaluate the progress made.
My hobbies include cooking, baking and drawing. I also enjoy learning new languages, and the development of Japanese as been a priority.
I am jubilant to be a part of ISSPB and work with such a skilful family.
