Natalia Campbell — music teacher

I started my formal education by receiving a First Level Diploma from St-Petersburg Music College (music pedagogy) and then a Bachelor of Music from St-Petersburg Hergen Pedagogical University. Later on, while living and working in the UK, I earned my Bachelor of Music from Glasgow University.

My teaching experience spans from one to one piano lessons, primary and high school classroom teaching and the conduction of a boys choir.

Music has always been an important part of my life. I love both music and teaching music. One of the greatest joys as a music teacher is watching my students become musicians in their own right. The main purpose of teaching music is to create a friendly and inspirational environment in class, where every student should learn the skills to play a musical instrument, perform in a band and sing in a choir. I believe it is important for every student to be open-minded and confident in learning all types of music. I am strongly convinced that learning music should be an enjoyable and exciting experience for all students.

During my spare time, I love the theatre, museums, classic and jazz concerts and keeping fit.
